1. Competition Eligibility:

1.1 The competition is open to all social media users who are residents of the United Kingdom and are 18 years old and above. Mitie employees are not eligible to participate in the competition. 

  1. Competition Entry Requirements:

2.1 To enter the competition, participants must take a photo of Mitie's 5,000th vehicle, post their photo on LinkedIn and/or X (formerly Twitter), follow @mitie, tag @mitie, and use the hashtag #Mitie5000EV.  

2.2 The competition will run for 4 weeks starting from April 22nd until May 20th, after this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 

2.3 Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

  1. Submission Criteria:

3.1 The photo submitted should feature the vehicle in a clear and visible manner. Photos must be taken safely and responsibly - no photos taken by a driver in a passing vehicle will be accepted. 

  1. Winner Selection:

4.1 The winners will be selected based on a combination of elements, such as the creativity of the photo and engagement of the post (likes, shares, comments) on their profile.  

4.2 A total of 2 winners will be selected (one on LinkedIn, and one on X). 

  1. Judging Period:

5.1 After the competition closes, a judging period of one week will take place, during which all the entries will be gathered. The winners will be announced on Mitie’s social media pages alongside their winning pictures. 

5.2 By entering the competition, contestants consent to allow Mitie to share their pictures, name, and profile handle on the company's social media pages. 

  1. 6. Prizes:

6.1 Each winner will receive a £50 Amazon voucher. To receive their prize, winners must email SocialMedia.Group@Mitie.com and provide their contact details and email addresses for prize delivery.  

6.2 If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn, X or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Mitie and not to any other party. 7.2 By entering this competition, participants indicate their agreement to these terms and conditions. 

7.3 Mitie reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the competition if necessary, for any reason. Mitie's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
