Anas is very passionate about the wholesale energy markets and has a flare for writing reports, previously managing our market intelligence reports and tracking a range of events and their effect on energy prices in order to bring our clients up-to date advice about what this means to their energy spend. Prior to joining Mitie Energy, Anas worked at Argus Media as their Market reporter on North Sea crude.

Damien has more than twenty years’ experience of helping busy people understand the energy and utility sectors. He has a deep knowledge of energy policy and regulation which helps determine clients’ exposure to non-commodity costs and inform decision-making. He complements this knowledge by providing others with an easy understanding of the energy transition, drawing out the implications of research to support the corporate response to mitigating climate change.

Energy Markets Research Manager
Alan has recently joined the Energy research team, having been analysing and trading in energy markets for over 20 years, working for companies such as EDF, Eon, and Ineos. He has advised producers and consumers across Europe on wholesale market pricing, procurement & hedging, and emerging energy trends.
